An Umbrella company is the preferred choice for contractors that simply want to go to work and get paid. We will look after you throughout the duration of your contract and beyond. Should you secure another role with another recruitment agency or end-client, you can stay with us and we hope that you do.
We will never hold onto monies due to you. We will always pay you on the day we receive funds from your agency or client. We will calculate your TAX at source and once you are paid, your payslip will show your TAX and NI contributions.
You will be engaged under a Contract of Employment between yourself and Crisp Contractor Umbrella. We will liaise with your recruitment agency and will forward documentation such as copies of insurances (public liability, employer’s liability and professional indemnity), copy of a VAT certificate and a copy of their Certificate of Incorporation.
Dedicated Account Manager
You will be assigned a dedicated account manager that you can turn to and rely upon for the timely resolution of your queries. Your account manager will provide a thorough breakdown of your first payslip.
Among the benefits for all our employees are sick pay, maternity/paternity pay and holiday pay. You will also be auto-enrolled into a pension scheme.
We will fully explain what it means to join an Umbrella company and provide you with a pay illustration so that you know what your NET pay will be. To join us, we will require your ID docs (proof of identity and proof of address) and your NI number.
Depending on the frequency of your pay, the only cost to you is £18 a week or £75 a month. There is no joining or exit fee and you are not tied in to our services. We fully realise that a contractor’s life can change overnight so we will always be flexible in our relationships with our employees.
