We’ve come a long way since I launched the business almost four years ago, in my bedroom. In this time, we’ve helped over 500 contractors and freelancers with their limited companies.
We now have a great office which we’ve made our own and more importantly, room to grow. We have already grown our team to eight and are always looking for new and fresh talent.
We are growing up as a business and now is the right time to reflect that in our outlook, branding and overall structure.
We have rebranded our current business to Crisp Contractor as we feel that this highlights our specialism and commitment to helping contractors, freelancers and locums.
As part of the rebrand, we have a new website, www.crispcontractor.co.uk. The new site showcases our new services in the market. We now have a range of three packages for those operating through limited companies and alternative services such as Umbrella and sole trader options.
The new service offerings are in response to an industry currently undergoing constant change and with these in place, we know that whatever legislative changes come into play, we will appeal to a wider range of contractors and freelancers.
The creation of Crisp Business Group will give us the ability to take our core values and strengths from the contractor industry to the wider SME market. The group gives us a larger platform for future growth across the business spectrum.
Over the next couple of months, our SME accounting service (under the Crisp Accountancy brand) will go live. This service is as a result of existing business outgrowing the contractor services we previously offered. This represents an exciting opportunity for us to explore.
Crisp Accountancy Ltd and Crisp Contractor Ltd are both wholly owned subsidiaries of the Crisp Business Group Ltd.
Our existing clients have been the inspiration for many of the changes we have made. The new services we are introducing are a direct response to feedback we have received. We feel that this will allow us to continue to grow our own business whilst supporting our clients to grow theirs.
Our focus has always been, and will continue to be, on delivering an amazing service with outstanding customer service levels. Our current clients should still expect and receive the same levels of service as they do but with the added benefit of additional services should they need them.
